O seeker of the unknown!
The night is deep and long!
The air is cold and piercing!
The way is shrouded with fears and doubts,
with alluring scent of uncertainty, promising nothing!
Standing there forlorn and dejected,
How do you walk through this night?
Though,
The relentless longing for the unknown, aches the heart,
The pangs of pain, throw you into the night, to walk through,..
Up in the sky, the beacons of the light, whisper of the path ahead,..
Can you walk through this night?!
The pains and pleasures of the memories, weighing down the walk,
The darkness of the regrets blurring the vision,
How do you make it?
O Seeker!
Why don’t you rest for a while and
Empty your heart?
Leave all the trails and drags!
Let yourself fall asleep. Allow yourself engulfed by this night!
May the dawn, awaken you,
Caressing you with its warm touch,
And open up the unknown for you!
నా పేరు సూర్య మణి భూషణ్. స్వంత వూరు అమలాపురం. నేను స్టేట్ బేంక్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియాలో ఛీఫ్ మేనేజర్ చేసి రిటైర్ అయ్యాను. చిన్నప్పటి నుండి పుస్తకాలు చదవడం; కవితలు కథలు రాయడం నాకు అలవాటు. కానీ, వృత్తి రీత్యా, బిజీగా వుండడంతో.. నా రచనా వ్యాసంగం కొనసాగించడానికి సమయం దొరికేది కాదు.
రిటైర్ అయ్యాక, తీరిక దొరకడంతో, ఏదో ఒకటి రాస్తూ, ఇప్పుడు, నన్ను నేను పేంపర్ చేసుకుంటున్నాను.
ఈ మధ్య, వెబ్ మేగజైన్స్ వచ్చాక కథలు, కవితలు, మేగజైన్స్కి పంపడం సులభమయింది. నా కథలు, కవితలు వెలుగు చూడగలగడానికి అది ఒక కారణం. సంచిక టీమ్ కొత్త రచయితలని ప్రోత్సహించే విధంగా వుండడం వల్ల, నా కవితలు, కథలు సంచికకి పంపుతూ, సంచికకి దగ్గర అయ్యాను.
ఇంకా, గోతెలుగులో కూడా, కొన్ని కథలు చోటు చేసుకున్నాయి. ఆ విధంగా, నేనూ రచయితల జాబితాలో చేరాను.
